Which Walmart model fits my store?

Do you ship Walmart orders?
No — E-Com Prime does not ship Walmart orders. Under Two-Step, a prep centre of your choosing can check and repack, and shipment is handled by you or your prep centre.
What happens if my VA is away?
A backup VA from the 8-person team steps in. Your store keeps running — listings, orders and messages do not stop because one person is away.
Is my store access safe?
Role-limited delegated access only — never your password. You grant it and can revoke it at any time, and an NDA comes before work starts.
