🎯

Which model is for you?

Want fast-moving Walmart sales and you are comfortable with a buy-after-sale flow? Start with Two-Step.

Want stock already sitting in a warehouse, ready to ship on day one? Start with Ready-to-Be-Shipped.

Not sure? Book a call — we will recommend one model, plainly, and tell you why.

1. Two-Step Dropshipping

The idea in one line: list fast-moving products on your Walmart store; when an item sells, source it from Walmart or Amazon. Two-Step Dropshipping and Walmart-to-Walmart Fulfillment are separate models — each is agreed per store, and no process, fee or timeline is published for them.

  1. List at scale: fast-moving grocery and household products, researched for demand and margin.
  2. Customer buys first: an order lands on your Walmart store.
  3. We buy after the sale: only then is the same item bought from Walmart or Amazon — no big upfront stock purchase by you.
  4. Prep centre check: a prep centre of your choosing can check and repack the item properly.
  5. Ship: shipment is handled by you or your prep centre — E-Com Prime does not ship Walmart orders.
  6. Fees come out first: Walmart referral fees, plus product and label costs, are taken out before net profit is calculated. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement.

First order: no timeline is promised in advance. Also available on Walmart: WFS and FBM, where they fit your store.

2. Ready-to-Be-Shipped Model

The idea in one line: The stock is already there. Our third-party warehouse partners own it, store it, and ship it — you pay only when an item sells.

  1. 1000+ products already in stock: partner products in Beauty, Cleaning, Toys & Games and Kitchen & Home, at a $25–$50 target price, are sitting in warehouses, ready to sell right now, with about 10 new listings a week. This stock belongs to the warehouse partners — it is not your inventory and it is not the agency's inventory.
  2. We list those items on eBay — the focus for this model — and also on TikTok Shop and Mercari for you.
  3. Customer buys: An order lands on your store.
  4. Partner ships direct: the warehouse ships it direct on the label provided — US suppliers with 3PL ship direct on the marketplace label, with same-day processing on TikTok Shop. No waiting for a supplier, no packing by you.
  5. You pay only when it sells: No upfront stock cost for the client under this model. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement.

First order: expected on the very first day — expected, not guaranteed.

Honest costs, plainly

No model hides its costs. Product cost, label cost, referral fees and any promotional charges come out before net profit is calculated. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement. Target ROI 35–40% is a target/projection, not a promise, and past results are not a guarantee. We wrote down how the cost question actually works: how much does it cost to hire a Walmart or eBay VA?

3. FBA Wholesale

The idea in one line: Buy branded products in bulk from authorised distributors, send them to Amazon's fulfilment centres, and let Amazon store, pick, pack and ship them.

  1. Source: branded products are sourced from authorised distributors — no counterfeit or grey-market stock.
  2. Ship to FBA: stock goes to Amazon fulfilment centres.
  3. Amazon fulfils: when a customer orders, Amazon picks, packs and ships, and handles the delivery side.
  4. We manage daily: pricing, listings, inventory levels and account health are watched every day.

Costs, honestly: product cost plus Amazon referral and FBA fees, which vary by category — these come out before net profit. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement.

Who it suits: sellers who want Amazon scale with branded products and hands-off fulfilment.

What you need to start: an Amazon seller account in good standing, distributor access, and capital for your first inventory order, sized to your budget.

4. FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant)

The idea in one line: You (or your partner) hold the stock, and every order is picked, packed and shipped by the seller side — with full control over fulfilment.

  1. List: products go live on your store, priced to protect margin.
  2. Customer buys: an order lands on your store.
  3. Fulfilment: orders are picked, packed and shipped from the stock you hold, with tracking uploaded.
  4. Aftercare: buyer messages and any delivery issues are handled promptly.

Costs, honestly: product cost plus shipping and marketplace fees — these come out before net profit. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement.

Who it suits: sellers who want control over packing, shipping speed and the unboxing their customer gets.

What you need to start: stock (or a reliable supplier) and a shipping setup that can dispatch promptly.

Frequently asked questions

Which model should I start with?

Want fast-moving Walmart sales and comfortable with a buy-after-sale flow? Start with Two-Step. Want stock already sitting in a warehouse, ready to ship on day one? Start with Ready-to-Be-Shipped. Not sure? The free audit recommends one model, plainly, and tells you why.

What is the difference between Two-Step and Walmart-to-Walmart?

They are separate models, each agreed per store. Two-Step: list on Walmart, source from Walmart or Amazon after the sale. Walmart-to-Walmart Fulfillment is its own model — ask us on the audit and we will explain which fits your store.

Is Ready-to-Ship the same as eBay Dropshipping?

No — they are two separate models on eBay. Ready-to-Ship: partner stock already in warehouses, ships direct, you pay only when it sells. eBay Dropshipping: list on eBay, source from AliExpress or Amazon when an order comes in.

What do I need to start?

It depends on the model. Two-Step needs a Walmart seller account and a payment card for buy-after-sale purchases — no upfront stock purchase. Ready-to-Ship needs a store on eBay, TikTok Shop or Mercari — no upfront stock cost. FBA Wholesale needs an Amazon account, distributor access and capital for a first order. We run the maths with you before you commit.

What happens if my VA is away?

A backup VA from the 8-person team steps in. Your store keeps running — listings, orders and messages do not stop because one person is away.

How soon is the first order expected?

Ready-to-Be-Shipped can produce first orders from day one. For other models, timing is agreed with you on the free audit — no timeline is promised in advance.
