Our Team
The people who actually run your store, day after day. Not a faceless dashboard — a real VA and sales team that answers messages, watches listings and follows orders through.
More team members will be added here as they join this page. The agency itself is Ecom Prime Digital LLC, a USA-registered LLC, led by founder/manager Muzamil Hussain.
How the team works
The team is organised by platform, so the person on your store knows your marketplace: Walmart experts, eBay experts and an Amazon expert, with TikTok Shop and Mercari covered by the same team. A team head watches the daily work across stores, and the founder and COO set the standards the team is held to. New team members are added as the agency grows, and this page is updated as they join.
Day to day, the work is the same on every store: listings kept accurate, prices watched, orders followed from sale to delivery, buyer messages answered in a human voice, and account health checked so small problems are fixed before they grow. Everything the team does shows up in your live reporting, so you can see what happened each day without asking.
If your dedicated VA is away, a backup VA from the team steps in, so listings, orders and messages never wait on one person. Access is role-limited and delegated by you — never your password — and an NDA comes before work starts. You keep 100% ownership of your store throughout.
