What I do

As Founder & CEO of E-Com Prime Digital Agency, I lead an eCommerce management agency helping store owners grow on Walmart, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Mercari — with Walmart and eBay as our main focus.

What my role actually covers, day to day:

• Leading our VA team across A-to-Z store management: product research, listing optimization, order processing, buyer communication, and daily account-health monitoring.
• Building and running the models our clients grow on: Two-Step Dropshipping and Walmart-to-Walmart Fulfillment as separate models, Ready-to-Ship through warehouse partners with 1000+ products already in stock, plus WFS, FBM, FBA, and wholesale.
• Setting the agency's standards: honest costs, no hidden fees, and real reporting — clients see live dashboards and weekly reports on their own stores.
• Growing client stores with terms agreed per client, and clients keep 100% ownership of their stores through secure delegated access.

With 4 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, my focus has stayed the same since day one: stores that are run properly, owners who get their time back, and growth that is honest about both the opportunity and the costs. Our target ROI across managed stores is 35–40% — a target we work toward openly, never a promise we hide behind.
