Models
Two-Step Dropshipping — buy from Walmart or Amazon only after an item sells. Walmart-to-Walmart Fulfillment is a separate model.
Ready-to-Be-Shipped — third-party warehouse partners own and store the stock and ship direct on the label provided. 1000+ partner products are already in stock, ready to sell. That stock belongs to the partners, not to the client or the agency. Clients pay only when an item sells. First order expected on the very first day.

How does the commercial model work?
There is no single price for every store. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement and differ by platform — Amazon is VA management of an existing store, Walmart and eBay are A-to-Z management, and TikTok Shop and Mercari run on Ready-to-Ship. Costs come out before net profit is calculated, and no sales result is guaranteed.
How soon is the first order expected?
Ready-to-Be-Shipped can produce first orders from day one. For other models, timing is agreed with you on the free audit — no timeline is promised in advance.
