What does E-Com Prime do?
A-to-Z virtual assistant store management for Walmart, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Mercari sellers.
How does the commercial model work?
There is no single price for every store. Terms are agreed per client in their agreement and differ by platform — Amazon is VA management of an existing store, Walmart and eBay are A-to-Z management, and TikTok Shop and Mercari run on Ready-to-Ship. Costs come out before net profit is calculated, and no sales result is guaranteed.
Is there an upfront fee?
It depends on the platform and on your agreement. Under Ready-to-Ship there is no upfront inventory cost, because the stock belongs to the warehouse partners and you pay only after an item sells. Your exact terms are agreed with you before you start.
Who owns the store?
You do — 100%, through delegated access you grant and can revoke. The agency never claims ownership of your store.
How soon is the first order expected?
Ready-to-Be-Shipped can produce first orders from day one. For other models, timing is agreed with you on the free audit — no timeline is promised in advance.
What are the Two-Step costs?
Two-Step Dropshipping costs are agreed with you directly — no fee or timeline is published for this model. Product, label and referral costs come out before net profit is calculated.
What is Ready-to-Be-Shipped?
Third-party warehouse partners own and store 1000+ products, ready to sell, and ship direct on the label provided. You pay only when an item sells. That stock belongs to the partners.
Are past results a guarantee?
No. Dashboard snapshots show past managed-store performance. Target ROI 35–40% is a target/projection, not a promise.
